Coach Kendra is a seasoned strength trainer whose passion for weightlifting was sparked after becoming a mother. Frustrated with the lack of results from traditional cardio, she turned to weight training to regain her strength—and never looked back. Over the years, she has refined her expertise, mastering proper form and exploring a wide range of strength-building techniques.
Now, Kendra is on a mission to empower women to embrace the changes that come with aging. She focuses on muscle development, mobility, and overall vitality, helping clients feel stronger and more confident in their everyday lives.
As a Schwinn Cycle-certified instructor, Kendra leads multiple high-energy classes each week, including kickboxing and boot camp. Her workouts emphasize strength, endurance, and precision—perfect for those looking to build muscle, boost stamina, and move through life with power and purpose.
