John Conroy is an NCCA-accredited, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach dedicated to helping you build lasting strength, resilience, and overall well-being. He first joined LM Fitness as a client in the 6 Week Challenge and loved the experience so much, he became a coach himself.
With expertise in Strength & Conditioning, Endurance, Balance, Weight Management, and Post-Physical Therapy Recovery, John designs personalized fitness programs tailored to your unique goals and needs. He especially enjoys working with clients who are new or returning to fitness, navigating life transitions into middle or older age, or rebuilding after injury, surgery, or illness.
John’s coaching philosophy centers on building confidence and self-efficacy. He takes a comprehensive approach to training—integrating fitness, nutrition, flexibility, endurance, and recovery—to support long-term progress. His ultimate goal is not just to improve your physical fitness, but to create a foundation for lasting vitality and help you become the strongest version of yourself.
